Quantum computing services
Seven services, ordered by how soon they pay off. Post-quantum security and readiness work is useful this year. Algorithm work depends on hardware that is still maturing, and we say so up front.
Quantum readiness assessment
Where quantum computing will touch your business, how soon, and what is worth doing about it this year.
Useful nowPost-quantum cryptography migration
Move your encryption and signatures to the NIST post-quantum standards in a planned order, starting with what attackers can record today.
Useful nowQuantum use-case discovery
A structured search through your operations for problems where quantum computing could matter, with honest filters and classical baselines.
Useful nowHybrid quantum proof of concept
A time-boxed experiment that runs one of your problems through a hybrid quantum-classical workflow and measures it against the best classical approach.
1–3 yearsQuantum software development
Hybrid quantum-classical code that your engineers can test, maintain and move between hardware vendors.
1–3 yearsQuantum training for teams
Short, role-specific quantum computing courses that leave each group able to do its part of the work.
Useful nowQuantum strategy and roadmap
A board-level quantum plan that says what to spend, on what, and which outside signals move you to the next stage.

How to choose
Which quantum computing service should a company start with?
Most companies should start with a quantum readiness assessment or a post-quantum cryptography migration plan. Both pay off this year, because encrypted data stolen today can be decrypted once large quantum computers exist, and NIST plans to retire RSA and elliptic-curve cryptography between 2030 and 2035.
When does it make sense to build a quantum proof of concept?
A proof of concept makes sense once you have a specific optimization, simulation or machine learning problem, a strong classical baseline to compare against, and a team that will keep the code after we leave. Without those three, the experiment usually teaches less than a use-case discovery workshop.
Do these services require buying quantum hardware?
None of these services require buying quantum hardware. Post-quantum migration runs on classical computers, and algorithm work uses simulators plus cloud access to real quantum processors from IBM, Amazon Braket, Microsoft Azure Quantum and others, paid by machine time.
All seven services side by side
| Service | When it pays off | First thing you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Quantum readiness assessment | Useful now | A cryptographic exposure summary ranked by how long your data needs to stay secret |
| Post-quantum cryptography migration | Useful now | A cryptographic inventory and CBOM (cryptographic bill of materials) for the systems in scope |
| Quantum use-case discovery | Useful now | A long list of candidate problems gathered in workshops with your business and technical teams |
| Hybrid quantum proof of concept | 1–3 years | A written hypothesis and success criteria agreed before any code is written |
| Quantum software development | 1–3 years | A tested hybrid code base in Python, with the quantum parts behind a clear interface |
| Quantum training for teams | Useful now | A two-to-three-hour executive briefing with a written summary for the board |
| Quantum strategy and roadmap | Useful now | A board paper with the strategy, the risks and the decisions needed this year |
Questions we get about this
How much do quantum computing consulting services cost?
It depends on scope and size. A readiness assessment is a fixed engagement of four to six weeks; migrations and proofs of concept are scoped after an inventory. We give a written quote before any work starts.
Can we hire just one service?
Yes. Each service stands on its own. Many companies do only the readiness assessment and the post-quantum migration and leave algorithm work for later.
Do you work outside Colombia?
Yes. We work remotely across Latin America and the United States, in Spanish and English, and travel for workshops when it is worth it.
